I did not understand the video clip. I saw that there are 30 democrats and 30 republicans, but the video didn't say who was what. None of the clips were longer than 5 seconds, and there was no mention about what was being made fun. What am I missing? I see it's making fun of the govt, but I don't understand in what way.
